Policy
1. Booking Deposit: A $25 deposit is required for all bookings, excluding weddings/engagements. All deposits are non-refundable.
2. Wedding/Engagement Bookings: For weddings/engagements, please submit an inquiry form to schedule a consultation.
3. Under 18 Policy: Individuals under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult during the photoshoot. Children are permitted, but please ensure there is a guardian present for them during the photoshoot.
4. Rescheduling:
- First reschedule: Full amount must be paid.
- Second reschedule: A new appointment must be booked.
5. Turnaround Time: Normal turnaround time is 1-2 weeks. A rush fee of $100 applies for a 2-3 day turnaround, and $200 for a 24-hour turnaround.
6. Punctuality: Please arrive on time for your shoot. A 5-minute grace period is allowed.
- After 15 minutes: A $30 late fee will be charged.
- After 30 minutes: A no-call/no-show will result in the cancellation of the booking and the full amount may be charged.
7. Rescheduled Shoots: All rescheduled shoots must be rescheduled within 2 weeks of the original shoot day.
